This error in LaraPass occurs when the LaraPass instance is unable to send emails using the set outgoing server.
Common Cause: Invalid SMTP Credentials (or LaraPass failing to validate and login to the outgoing server).
Possible Fix: Test and verify the outgoing server credentials are accurate and working as intended. Clear Config:Cache & try again.
Additional Test: To verify the issue is not with the LaraPass instance, set the outgoing mailer to 'log', send email and check the LaraPass log file to see if the email was indeed sent.
